The LGBT+@Work 2022 theme addresses the gap that exists within many business communities where LGBTQIAP+ profiles prefer to hide their identities in an effort to avoid bias throughout their professional career. The conference will focus on the hardships of being your authentic self in the workplace through various panels & workshops.

We are a group of IE University students passionate about giving back to our community and creating a significant impact within it. Our mission is to educate, promote and spread inclusive practices towards the LGBTQAIP+ community and to foster a supportive multi-organizational network of professionals who will perform as ambassadors on and off campus, in the academy, and workplace.
